Ok, so you are looking for cheap Lionel trains... but do you know where to find these Lionel trains discounts? If you want to buy cheap Lionel trains, there is really only one place I would look for them...ebay. See my post about the subject here.
You can find deals and discounts on pre 1969 Lionel trains, but most cheap lionel trains for sale you will see are for MPC era Lionel train sets. Why? well, the production in these days was for more flimsy quality plastic models, although some were of great value... and to others, these era models represent a historical value...
